The lease whose identity card information is revealed in the contract is obliged to accept and observe the following conditions:

I. Use of the vehicle :
1. The vehicle must be driven by drivers with a valid driving license only.
2. The vehicle may be driven also by another driver but only if he is specified by the lease and is included in the contract as an additional driver with a valid driving license.
3. The vehicle cannot be used:
- for pulling other vehicles.
- as a platform
- for racing
- after the use of alchohol,drugs or other medicines forbidden by the bulgarian laws.
- for transporting passengers and carriage more than the allowed in the car check.

II. Obligations of the lease:
1. When a car accident or agression from 3rd side against the hired vehicle occurs the lease is obliged to present a document from the traffic police or other authorities::
- If the required document from the traffic police/ the Interor Ministry is presented,the lease has no financial responsibility.
- If the required document is not presented the lease carries the responsibility to pay for all the damages caused to the vehicle
2. The vehicle insurance is not valid in the following cases:
- driving after use of alcohol,drugs or other medicines forbidden by the bulgarian traffic laws.
3. The lease is obliged to keep the hired vehicle in good condition.
4. The lease is obliged to return the hired vehicle in the appointed in the contract place,date and hour.
5. When prolonging the hiring period the lease is obliged to inform the lessor at least 6 hours before the deadline and sign a new contract with the lessor before the deadline of the old contract.
6. 24 (twenty four) hours after the expiry of the contract, it is considered invalid and the vehicle can be thought of illegally stolen. This entitles the lessor to declare the renter and the vehicle for search to the police, the insurance company and other competitive authorities.

III. Obligations of the lessor:
1. To put out to lease the vehicle in good tecnical state and condition,equipped with the mandated by the traffic police equipment.
2. To make possible returning the car at the place,date and hour appointed in the contract.
3. To describe eventual damages and lacks caused by the lease to the vehicle.
4. To notify the renter of hidden defects of the car.
5. To note in the lease's contract the returning of the vehicle which discontinues the contract .

IV. Payment:
1. The lease is obliged to pay the lessor the lease price,counted on the rate specified in the contract,for the days of the renting.
2. For return delay of the leased vehicle the lease is charged:
- up to 1 hour - not charged
- 1 up to 6 hours - 50% of the daily price
- more than 6 hours - 100% of the daily price

The car is available to the renter for use only within the Republic of Bulgaria.
